Three to five days on-site. I walk through your operation and meet with your supervisors, dispatch, sales, field teams, and your founder. I listen to what is actually happening, not what the org chart says is happening.
A written diagnostic report is delivered two weeks after the on-site work, covering:
• The three most expensive operational gaps I identified, with supporting data
• The root cause of each gap, almost always people, clarity, or accountability, rarely process
• A prioritized 90-day action plan with specific next steps
• A recommendation on whether ongoing fractional support would accelerate the work
A 90-minute working debrief with you to walk through the report, answer your questions, and discuss execution. You decide what happens next.
Engagement duration:
Two weeks total. Three to five days on-site, ten days off-site analysis and report writing, ending with a 90-minute debrief.
Fixed fee. No hourly billing. No surprises.

• 81 to 120 employees: EUR 6,000 (USD 6,500)
• 121 to 150 employees: EUR 7,500 (USD 8,100)
Travel and lodging are billed at cost for engagements outside the Netherlands and the Houston metro area
About a third of diagnostics lead to ongoing fractional engagement at EUR 3,500-7,500 per month. About a third leads to internal implementation by your team using the action plan. About a third confirm what you already suspected and give you the standing to act. All three outcomes are wins.
